  The product selection is great! I've been shopping there for years and have always enjoyed discovering new gadgets and foods. I've always found the sales staff to be very helpful and eager to assist. I'm not sure why a frequent shopper…

  I shop at W-S all the time. All the time. My kitchen is fully stocked with Williams-Sonoma items. And not only that, but I use items that I cook with from their store -- vanilla, vanilla beans, olive oil, vinegar, you name it. So when…

  Pros: everything about Williams-Sonoma as far as quality, product line, corporate, etc. Cons: the sales staff at the Green Hills location -- snobs!
